Buying a house is, probably, one of the most expensive things you can do. However, there's always another option!
Buying property is a milestone in everyone's lives. There is no doubt about that. But sometimes, price tags on houses are so ridiculously expensive that barely any regular folk can buy one. Of course, this isn't always the case: there are some places where you can find a nice home, that fits your budget, and that is located in a nice area. Sounds impossible, yes, but it's not! Are you looking to find a cheaper place to live? Do you want to buy some real estate? Looking for affordable housing? Are you getting ready to talk to a realtor about moving to Texas? If you answered yes to any of those this video could serve as the starting point for your research.

If you enjoy these videos I would love to hear about it. We look at the best and worst cities, states, towns, and neighborhoods in the United States. Occasionally we do other countries. Most of the time focus on the negative side of locations. That is just what people want to see.
If you only want some happy positive information about a city, town, or state, I would suggest looking up local mortgage and real estate companies or maybe the locations website. They are trying to sell you something so it will be nothing but sunshine, rainbows, and a bunch of smoke up your skirt. They won't tell you about crime, poverty, or insurance you'll need because of natural disasters. I will.
