Americans still struggling Unemployment Benefits

"Unemployment Update while we wait to hear about the Unemployment extension so we can start receiving the Unemployment benefits so many American's need. 45,000 people are getting laid off."

About the video:

"The owner of Regal Cinemas, Cineworld Group, recently announced that they will once again shut down their theaters across America and in the UK beginning Thursday

Unfortunately, these closed doors will force a whopping 45,000 movie theater employees to lose their jobs.

With news of the latest James Bond movie being pushed to 2021, Cineworld and Regal made the difficult decision to temporarily close 127 UK cinemas, as well as 536 theaters in the United States.

Regal explained in a statement: "with the breadth of strong commercial films necessary for them to consider coming back to theaters," it seems like they won’t be opening again until they have the big movies to do so.

CEO Mooky Greidinger explained: "Cineworld will continue to monitor the situation closely and will communicate any future plans to resume operations in these markets at the appropriate time.”

I just hope that these movie theaters can survive this crazy year, as I don’t know about you but one of my favorite ways to blow off steam is to grab some popcorn and watch a good movie in a theater with a huge screen, especially James Bond films!

Meanwhile, the record unemployment rate in America could have a significant impact on car insurance prices and policies, as well as problems for millions of Americans.

All 50 states have some kind of “financial responsibility,” which means that in order to drive, you must have car insurance to ensure that you can pay for any accidents that you may cause.

But what if you can’t pay for the necessary car insurance due to that thing out there? Or what if you don’t have the funds to provide coverage for your vehicle?

Financial experts believe that you should talk with your insurance provider and let them know that you are having difficulties paying right now, and get set up with a payment plan.

Be sure not to let your car insurance policy lapse, because if you are caught driving without insurance, you could face serious fines, penalties and even jail time.

With so many people struggling to pay bills right now with their unemployment benefits, make sure that your car insurance bill is paid each month to avoid significant financial and legal consequences.

Finally, we’ve talked about how the August jobs report showed an unemployment rate of 8.4%, which is good, but still staggeringly high.

Unfortunately, some groups of Americans are suffering a higher percentage of unemployment rates compared to the rest of the country.

Americans aged 16-to-24 currently have the highest unemployment rate, with 14.7% unemployed as of August.

Also, women have a slightly higher unemployment rate (8.6%), compared to the (8.3%) of men across America currently unemployed.

It’s encouraging to see these unemployment rates continue to decrease, but we still have a long way to go to fully recover from this hectic and crazy year of 2020."
