The office system administrator is responsible for creating invoices, verify billing, maintaining transportation systems databases, and tracking returnable items.
- Compile, sort and verify the accuracy of data before it is entered
- Matches expenses to billings.
- Generates invoices and distributes to customer.
- Tracks returnable crates.
- Performances transportation system maintenance
- High school diploma or associate degree.
- Experience as an office assistant or in related field.
- Ability to write clearly and help with word processing when necessary.
- Warm personality with strong communication skills.
- Ability to work well under limited supervision.
- Great communication skills.
- Have a valid driver license.
