Tom Brady and Giselle Bundchen

Price:  $32. 5 million

The succesful couple finally sold thier Boston mansion on January after putting it on the market for a whole year. The couple originally listed the 12,112-square-foot estate for $39.5 million back in August 2019. 

The luxurious property boasts a wine room, gym and spa, which includes a massage table, sauna and meditation space, guest house and two kitchens. 

Lilly Collins

Location: Beverly Hills

Price: $13.5 million

The Emily in Paris star just sold her household this month. According to People magazine, Built in 1954 by renowned architect John Elgin Woolf, the home is located just off the famed Sunset Boulevard. It features a library, a bar, a formal dining room, a breakfast room, a patio deck with a pool, a hot tub and a cabana with a dressing room, and a tennis court with seats for up to six people.

Price: $39.5 million

According to Vanity Fair, Cruise began making plans for the compound more than 30 years ago. He completed it in 1994 and previously put it on the market for $59 million back in 2014.

Price: $21million

The hollywood actor is looking to sell his home. The Academy award winner put on the list his luxurious mansion in January of this year, which boasts seven bedrooms and 10 baths.

Price: $14.9 million

The model and vegan activist has called this place her home for over 20 years and is now putting it on the market. 

After secretly marrying her bodyguard Dan Hayhurst on Christmas Eve, she is now heading north to her home country of Canada, where the newlyweds will reside on her grandmother's former property on Vancouver Island.
