1 cup uncooked long grain Rice (*see notes) or about 3 cups cooked rice

1-2 Tablespoons Oil

2 sliced bulbs and stalks of Green Onions aka spring onion

1/2 cup Carrots cut into matchsticks

2 Eggs

1/2 cup soft Green Peas

2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce

1 Tablespoon Vinegar

1/2 Tablespoon Sesame Oil [optional]

Metric

180 grams uncooked long grain Rice (*see notes) or about 3 cups cooked rice

1-2 Tablespoons Oil

2 sliced bulbs and stalks of Green Onions aka spring onion

60 grams Carrots cut into matchsticks

2 Eggs

60 grams soft Green Peas

2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce

1 Tablespoon Vinegar

1/2 Tablespoon Sesame Oil [optional]
