After having finished a difficult year and with a new year that seems to be, for the moment, quite similar, Beyond Meat wants to help you kick-start 2021 with healthier habits for the most important meal of the day. How can you get a free delicious meatless breakfast?

If one of your New Year's resolutions is to start eating healthier food, Beyond Meat wants to make it easier for you and is helping you save on breakfast this week.

The plant-based meat company is partnering with local restaurants across the US and serving up free Beyond Breakfast Sausage and you can already book advanced time slots via Resy to pick up your freebie on January 14 between 8-11 am.  

“With a variety of delicious and irresistible plant-based breakfast options, Beyond Meat is making it easier than ever for consumers to make small changes to their morning routines that can add up to a meaningful impact on human health and the health of the planet,” says the company’s website.

Each city involved is teaming up with a different restaurant, so check out this list to know where you can go locally and what you can get.

Chicago: Beyond Skillet from Yolk
Dallas: Beyond Breakfast Sausage Sandwich from Love Burger Shack
Los Angeles: Beyond Bangin Breakfast Sandwich from Hilltop Coffee & Kitchen and the Breakfast Burger from Cafe Organix
