2020 has not been the best year for Disney, as the pandemic hit the entertainment and tourism industry very hard, which affected the Walt Disney Company worldwide. This has not been a reason, however, not to celebrate the birthday of the most famous mouse in the world.
November 18 is Mickey Mouse's birthday, and Disney, in association with McDonald’s, has launched a new line of toys that will be included in the hamburger chain's Happy Meals.
The new toys are inspired by the Mickey & Minnie’s Runaway Railway ride at Walt Disney World Resort.
The collection includes Mickey, Minnie, Goofy, Pluto, Donald, and Daisy and shows them having fun at Disney's amusement park rides in Florida.
Each character is a separate toy but they can be connected so that they all form a 10-wagon train. The coaches also have a mechanism that makes the characters move while they roll.
The Happy Meal featuring these toys is available at participating McDonald’s in the United States and Puerto Rico.
